Terms of Use
Who you are dealing with
PT Sentra Digital Kreatif (Perseroan Perorangan) is the single Indonesian company behind this site and behind everything offered on it. Rhema, Sunnyside, and Forgia are product lines of that one company — they are names for different kinds of work, not separate businesses. Every engagement, every invoice, and every payment is with PT Sentra Digital Kreatif.
What we sell
We sell professional services: creative and event work, branding and content, translation and interpreting, and custom software. The services page lists what we offer and what each engagement starts from.
Prices and quotations
Prices shown are indicative starting points, marked from, because the final figure depends on scope. The binding price for your work is the one stated in the quotation or invoice we issue to you in writing. Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and, unless the document says otherwise, exclude applicable taxes.
How an engagement starts
An initial consultation to scope a possible project is free. Technical consultation about a project you do not intend to run with us is a paid service and is listed as such.
Nothing on this website is a binding offer by itself. An engagement begins when we issue a quotation or invoice and you accept it — by written confirmation or by paying the deposit.
Payment
Because this is project work, payment is staged. A deposit is normally payable before work begins, and the balance is invoiced in agreed stages or on completion. Each invoice states its own amount and due date.
Invoices are issued by PT Sentra Digital Kreatif and may be settled by bank transfer or online through the payment link on the invoice. Online payments are processed on sdkgroup.my.id by a licensed Indonesian payment provider; we do not receive or store your card or banking credentials.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation rights and how refunds are calculated are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Delivery and your part in it
We agree a schedule in the quotation. Service work depends on what you give us — brief, materials, approvals, site access. Where a delay is caused by material we are waiting on from you, the schedule moves accordingly.
Using the site
You may read, share, and link to these pages. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, access it by automated means at a rate that degrades it for others, or use it to distribute unlawful material.
Accuracy
We keep this site current, but it is provided as-is. Descriptions of services may change. We make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and to the extent Indonesian law permits, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on it.
Intellectual property
The name Sentra Digital Kreatif, the SDK Group logo, the product names Rhema, Sunnyside, and Forgia, and the text, layout, and artwork of this site belong to PT Sentra Digital Kreatif unless stated otherwise. Please do not reuse the logo or these names to represent yourself or to imply endorsement. Quoting a short passage with attribution is fine.
Rights in work we deliver to you transfer as set out in the quotation, normally once the engagement is paid in full.
Our product sites
Rhema, Sunnyside, and Forgia each have their own website describing that line of work. They are operated by PT Sentra Digital Kreatif and are covered by these same terms and by our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will be resolved in the competent Indonesian courts.
